MGH, a full-service marketing communications agency, is currently seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist with 1-3+ years agency or in-house experience to join our social media marketing team as a remote, hybrid, or in-office employee.
Responsibilities
- Help manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Research and identify relevant influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Conduct outreach and negotiate partnerships with influencers and content creators
- Track influencer deliverables, ensuring on-time and brand-compliant content
- Collaborate with internal teams (social, creative, media, PR) to align influencer content with broader campaign goals
- Develop campaign briefs and content guidelines for influencers
- Monitor influencer posts, capture performance data, and create recap reports
- Manage influencer databases and maintain up-to-date records of outreach and engagement
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for influencer-driven campaigns and social activations
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of marketing experience with a focus on influencer marketing or social media (agency experience preferred; internship experience acceptable)
- Demonstrated knowledge of social platforms, trends, and the creator space
- Experience with influencer discovery tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with influencers and influencer agencies, and manage relationships professionally
- Enthusiastic, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented mindset

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
